AI credits are what you spend on the AI itself — generating questions from a document, importing questions from an existing paper, exporting a question bank or exam (10 credits), and unlocking an exam for unlimited student submissions (25 credits). Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and uploading and storing documents is always free and unlimited.

You can top up at any time without changing plans: 50 credits for $2, 200 for $7.20, or 500 for $17, and you can buy several packs in one checkout. There's no monthly cap on top-ups, and purchased credits don't expire at the end of the month the way your plan allowance does.

No. Pay-as-you-go works on its own — if you have no active plan, or your plan has expired, you can still buy AI credits and keep generating, importing, and exporting. Your existing content and published exams stay accessible either way.

We'll notify you as you approach your limits. You can top up AI credits instantly to keep working, or upgrade your plan at any time — upgrades are pro-rated so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your existing content is never deleted if you hit a limit.

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately with pro-rated billing. If you need to downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep access to your current features until then.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 payment terms.
